Organise Your Tasks
It's normal to have over 100 tasks on your list. TaskAngel lets you organise them into folders, assign them to goals, and give them contexts. This makes it very quick to navigate through your tasks and pick which one to do next.
You can even split complex tasks into subtasks, then do them step by step.
Goals
Why are you doing this task?
It must be in pursuit of one of your goals.
We all have different personal goals, but one of mine is 'Home Tidy And Safe'.

Folders
If you have lots of tasks, you might want to sort them into folders containing between 5 and 10 tasks each.
Then each folder gives you a task list of a much more manageable size.
Think about creating folders for each of your work projects.
Contexts
Some of your tasks can only be done at home, and others can only be done at work.
Contexts tell you where a task is to be done.
Create contexts like '@home' and '@work' or '@shopping' and give them to your tasks.
Then you can hide tasks that aren't where you are right now
